What is the difference between contract templates and contract clauses?

Contract templates are complete standalone documents that contain all of the provisions you need. Contract clauses are individual classes that you can add into your existing template. So, for example, if you have a contract template that is missing major “boilerplate” language but is otherwise complete, you can grab the appropriate contract clauses to add to your existing contract.
