Because of the nature of these products (digital products) with immediate delivery, we do not offer refunds for purchases because you can’t unring a bell. However, we want you to be happy, so if you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

What is the difference between contract templates and contract clauses?

Contract templates are complete standalone documents that contain all of the provisions you need. Contract clauses are individual classes that you can add into your existing template. You agree not to provide any third-party access to your purchases, downloads, membership or site login or account. You agree your membership is for your personal business use only.
You agree not to share any contracts obtained from Legal Pad with any third party for their usage outside of the scope of your personal usage for your business.
You agree not to use any Legal Pad contract templates for usage outside of your personal business, including commercial usage or reselling any portion of any agreement obtained from Legal Pad. The templates are for your individual business use only.
