• You agree not to share any contracts obtained from Legal Pad with any third party for their usage outside of the scope of your personal usage for your business.

• You agree not to use any Legal Pad contract templates for usage outside of your personal business, including commercial usage or reselling any portion of any agreement obtained from Legal Pad. The templates are for your individual business use only.

• The intent is that each individual or business obtain their own Legal Pad membership or purchase products separately.

• You may not distribute or allow third party access to the Legal Pad site or any materials, including contract templates, provided as part of your membership and/or account.
